Geuphaengjang Yanggopchang (3rd Branch)

Geuphaengjang Yanggopchang 3rd Branch is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, where diners grill their own saenggalbi and yanggopchang at the table. The saenggalbi is more flavorful and chewier than the yanggopchang, and the set also includes teukyang and daechang (beef large intestine). The galbi has no gamey smell and a texture that requires chewing. The meat is on the expensive side.
