Gaehwaru is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves Sacheon jjajang and tangsuyuk. The Sacheon jjajang has chewy noodles, and the tangsuyuk is crisp outside and moist inside. The jjamppong is good, and the food sits light after the meal despite being Chinese cuisine. Jjamppong and udon can also be ordered.
