Eunhwasu Sikdang Seomyeon serves donkatsu and curry at a Western-style restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan. The menu includes a cold naengmyeon with half a donkatsu set, a cold naengmyeon with fried shrimp set, chicken gas, black mala donkatsu, and truffle donkatsu. The basic donkatsu and curry have an old-fashioned flavor and come with kkakdugi, and the koroke sauce is provided separately. Set menus such as hambak jeongsik and ansim jeongsik also include deungsim.
