Doraboul is a restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, that serves Sapporo-style Japanese soup curry. The curry comes with large vegetables cooked separately, plus chicken or chicken karaage, and you can choose the spice level. For a first order, the basic flavor with spice level 1 or 2 is the standard choice, and toppings can be added as you like. The pork collar is cooked together with the curry, so it is dry and tough.
