DODAM Galbi Seomyeon is a grilled-meat restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving all-you-can-eat steak galbi and samgyeopsal. The thick cuts, closer to seasoned pork collar than pork galbi, come with rice cakes, enoki mushrooms and grilled garlic, and diners choose between charcoal and gas heat. Because the galbi and meat are thick and take time to cook, it works better to grill one round first and then put the next on.
