Пельмени

Dimtao Seomyeon is a dim sum restaurant on the sixth floor of Samjeong Tower in Seomyeon, Busan. It serves shrimp dim sum, xiaolongbao, shumai, changfen and fried eggplant with shrimp, with shrimp filling central to the menu. The xiaolongbao is juicy and mild, though the meat is also dry and tough at times, so the dish varies. The cucumber salad is salty and strongly sour, and the cucumber is soft.
