Depanking

Depanking is a Japanese-style izakaya in Seomyeon, Busan, serving wagyu and seafood teppanyaki. It grills wagyu flower galbi steak, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba to order on the teppan, giving the dishes a charred aroma. Counter and bar seats look directly onto the cooking and the flames. Window seats connect to the outdoors and carry the feel of outdoor seating.
