Daechang Insaeng

Daechanginsaeng in Jeonpo, Busan, grills gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine). The set for two or three people includes usamgyeop, gopchang, yeomtong, daechang, jeongol, and bokkeumbap. The grilled items arrive partly cooked, and staff finish grilling them and use a torch on them. The menu is written only in Korean, so staff explanations are needed.
