Busan Sushi

Busan Chobap is a Japanese restaurant in Seomyeon that serves sushi and hoe courses, located next to Lotte Hotel Busan and around the main branch of Lotte Department Store. Its signature course brings out sushi and an assorted hoe platter followed by chawanmushi, abalone, octopus sukhoe, fried dishes, and grilled fish. The first and second floors have seated tables and a counter in the hall, and rooms can be reserved. Portions are on the small side for the price.
