Busan Seolleongtang

Busan Seolleongtang is a Korean restaurant near the Seomyeon Station area that serves seolleongtang, sliced beef head, and haejang-guk bibimbap. The yukhoe bibimbap comes with lettuce, cabbage, onion slices, gim, and a soft-boiled egg, with the rice and yukhoe served separately to mix together, along with seolleongtang broth. At the self-service corner, you can take more side dishes and noodles yourself. The kimchi on the table is very spicy, so it should be cut and eaten in small pieces.
