Busan Kkoltong Ramyeon is a Japanese ramen restaurant located underground in the direction of the rear gate of Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon. It serves seafood ramen and beef ramen, with a spicy broth close to jjamppong and noodles that differ from ordinary ramen. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and when customers crowd in, food can take 40 to 50 minutes to arrive. The cleanliness of the tables and the cups and spoons is lacking.
