Bujeon Yanggopchang

Bujeon Yang Gopchang is near Seomyeon Station in Busan and serves platters of gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), and teukyang. The gopchang is thick with fat, and the platter comes with grilled vegetables, a garlic-soy sauce, and lettuce for wrapping. Two owners grill the meat at the table and explain how to eat it. After the meal, they bring a drink to help with digestion.
