Boso Boso

Bosoboso is a bakery in Jeonpo, Busan, a five-minute walk from Jeonpo Station, and it specialises in soboro bread. It sells desserts and coffee alongside the bread, filling chewy bread with butter, custard, or coffee cream to order. Near closing time many of the breads are gone and the item you want is sold out. The topping on the familiar soboro is mild and the surface layer is thin.
