Beonyeong Hoejip

Beonyeong Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in an alley across from Lotte Hotel in Seomyeon, Busan. It serves hoe with ssam vegetables, maeuntang, and several side dishes. The restaurant has a 20-year tradition and cuts only flounder weighing over 2 kg. There is no sign on the street, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
