Baekyang Meat Farm (White Sun)

Baegyang Yuksikjang is a butcher-style restaurant in Jeonpo, Busan, selling Hanwoo and specialty cuts of beef. Customers can choose chadolbagi, tosisal, jebichuri, and useol, and staff grill the meat at the table. There is no English menu, so translating the names of the cuts is difficult. The lighting is dim, which makes it hard to see how well the meat is cooked.
