Guseog

Guseok is a bar in Seomyeon, Busan, that serves jeongol-style suyuk with hanwoo shank and shank meat. The signature Guseok hanpan includes arongsatae and pho noodles, eaten with beef broth and soy sauce seasoning. Tofu kimchi comes as a basic anju, and the jangjorim bibimbap is a side menu with a large portion, while the pho noodles do not soften easily even after sitting out. The shop has expanded to two floors, and the third floor has a specialty restaurant for special cuts of pork.
