Geu Jip Baetsal

Geujip Baetsal is an izakaya in Seomyeon, Busan, serving raw shrimp hoe along with salmon, tuna, and seasonal hoe. The raw shrimp hoe is sweet, and the salmon and tuna are cut thick. The seasonal menu changes, with shima aji in summer and yellowtail in winter. Futomaki comes packed full, and after the hoe you can add a rich, spicy shrimp soup.
