Batata Siktak

Batata Siktak is a seafood restaurant in Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju, serving ttak-saeu as hoe, steamed, grilled, in nabe, and as pasta. It sits in front of the sea at Pyoseon Beach. The signature set is ttak-saeu hoe, where you eat the body raw and then choose fried heads or ramyeon for what is left. The kitchen peels the shells or explains how to eat the shrimp, and course dishes come out one at a time; the pasta noodles in the sul-jjim do not absorb the broth well.
