Susindang

Susindang is a neighborhood bakery in Seoul that bakes bread with organic wheat and rice flour. Its offerings include salt bread, potato bread, sweet potato bread, garlic baguette, and a sugar-free cranberry rice bread. The garlic baguette is soft rather than hard and has a slight sweetness. Many of the breads lean sweet.
