Waffle It Up

Waffle It Up is a dessert cafe in the alley in front of Ewha Womans University in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving waffles, gelato and drinks. The waffles come with syrup and are crisp outside and moist inside, topped with gelato, fresh cream and fruit. Inside, seating is divided under dim lighting into quiet seats and seats for conversation. On weekends there is a wait.
