Sinchon Culture Power Plant is a cafe in Seoul that sells coffee, tea, and desserts. It looks out over an open view of Sinchon, where guests read books and drink tea. The fourth floor holds the cafe and an observation deck, and a small theater sits in the basement, with ramp access available. It is Baramsan, so the wind is very strong.
