Short & Simple Sourdough

Short & Simple Sourdough is a small bakery in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, that bakes sourdough bread. It sells seed sourdough, San Francisco sourdough, olive and thyme sourdough, and cinnamon rolls. The bread has a soft crumb and the sourness typical of sourdough, and sandwiches are also available. There is no seating, so takeout is the only option.
