HeyJin is a cafe in Sinchon that serves coffee and made-to-order cakes decorated with fresh flowers. Its signature items are a Gugelhupf cake with raspberry and mascarpone cream and a Victoria cake. Cakes are reserved in advance and picked up, and inside the cafe you can smell six kinds of tea. The fresh flower decorations change for occasions, such as carnations and Christmas themes.
