Dear Bread is a bakery in Seoul that sells ciabatta sandwiches, poke, and bread. The signature Secret Sandwich puts lettuce, ham, and cheese in ciabatta, and the Jambon Beurre Sandwich adds gourmet butter, jalapeño, and Grana Padano cheese. It serves Sobulgogi Poke, Gochujang Jeyuk Poke, and Chicken Avocado Salsa Poke, and takes reservations and takeout. The bread sells out fairly quickly during the day.
