Changcheon Neighborhood Park sits on a hill near the Sinchon food street and looks down over Seoul. The park is built around a windmill theme, gets steady wind, and its view stands out at sunset. From the Sinchon side, visitors can ride an escalator and an elevator up, and the park has exercise equipment and a badminton court. The entrance on the opposite side lacks lighting and maintenance, and the placement of the windmill and the exercise equipment is awkward.
