Yangdae Myeongga

Yangdaemyeongga is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Jamwon-dong, Seoul, serving daechang, beef, and charcoal-grilled marinated galbi. The menu includes galbi kkot sal, teukyang gui, and Hanwoo makchang, and the marinated galbi has a mild sweetness and charcoal aroma. Staff and the owner grill most of the meat at the right time, so customers can hand over the grilling even if they are not good at it. The teukyang gui is characterized by its clean handling of gaminess.
