Jamae Susan is a hoe and seafood restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul. In winter it serves yellowtail and in autumn gizzard shad, and the owner slices the raw fish himself. The main branch opens at 3 p.m., but on Saturdays it seats customers from 2:40 p.m. only as orders come in, and the side dishes are saury, steamed egg, conch, corn cheese, and seaweed soup. Tables are close together, so the dining room is loud on crowded evenings.
