Gu-Ieo

Gui Eo is a pork grill restaurant in a alley near Nonhyeon Station in Seocho-gu, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal and specialty cuts. Staff cut and grill the meat at the table, and naengmyeon is also available. The interior is clean and modern, closer to a cafe than a typical samgyeopsal restaurant. Meat is sometimes served only seared on the surface, so diners need to grill it further themselves.
