Gangnam Gyoja Head Store

Gangnam Gyoja Main Branch is a noodle shop near Gangnam Station that serves kalguksu, gyoja mandu, kongguksu, and bibimguksu. The mandu are filled with pork and chives in a chicken-bone broth, and the kimchi on the side has a strong garlic aroma. Kimchi is portioned onto individual plates and refilled by staff when it runs out, while kkakdugi is also brought out again per table. The kalguksu noodles can become soft or soggy.
