Cham-Yang

Chamyang (Chamsute Gubun Yanggalbi) is a lamb restaurant in Seoul that serves lamb ribs grilled over charcoal. Its lamb tangsuyuk comes with a sauce that is neither sweet nor sour, and its lamb yukhoe has a thick texture. At lunchtime, it serves chamsutbulbaek, and lamb suyuk is also offered as a complimentary dish. Portions are generally large.
