Alice Project

Alice Red Velvet Cupcake is a reservation-only cafe in Seoul that serves Australian-style desserts and coffee, located directly in front of Yangjaecheon. The signature items are lemon pistachio cake and lamington cake, along with an ice cream tester for comparing three flavors. The dessert course changes with the seasons and incorporates unfamiliar ingredients such as daepa, doraji, and celeriac. Pairings that add tea, wine, or whiskey to the desserts are also available.
