Soltture is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Seongjeong-dong, Cheonan, cooking pork belly and pork collar on a pot lid after an initial grilling. The meat is grilled together with kimchi, bean sprouts, onion, and water dropwort on the pot lid. The dining room is large with wide spacing between tables, which suits group gatherings and office dinners. Side dishes are refilled without limit at a self-service bar, and doenjang jjigae comes with the meal by default.
