Seon is a fusion hoe course restaurant in Buldang-dong, Cheonan. The course serves small portions of hoe, beef, fish, and shrimp, and finishes with yeolmu noodles. It sits near Cheonan-Asan Station, so arriving by train is easy, and reservations are required. The dining space is on the small side.
