Sapgyo Myeongga Gopchang

Sapgyo Myeongga Gopchang is in Buldang, Cheonan. It serves grilled pork makchang and a gopchang jeongol, with fried rice cooked in the pan at the end. Gopchang can be ordered one type at a time, and large bags are provided to keep the smell from spreading. The seasoning is salty overall, so raw onion is eaten alongside.
