Dumok Gogi Jip

Dumok Gogi Jip is a meat restaurant in Buldang-dong, Cheonan. Iberico pork collar and whole samgyeopsal (pork belly) are the signature cuts, and dumoksal has the chewy texture of older-style samgyeopsal. The kimchi ramyeon tastes like ramyeon added to kimchi stew, and a pork steak is also on the menu. Staff do not grill the meat carefully all the way through for you.
