Dalitteuneunbada Hwalmuno Sukhoe Shabu-shabu is a live octopus restaurant in Cheonan. It serves courses of live octopus hoe and octopus shabu-shabu along with flounder hoe, sea squirt, and nakji tangtangi. The restaurant has separate rooms, and the owners cut the octopus into easy-to-eat pieces. The octopus becomes more tender the longer it is boiled.
