It serves gukmul dakbal, dak naejang tang, and gireum dakttongjip, and its dak bokkeum tang is boiled with a small amount of broth. Gukmul dakbal comes with jumeokbap, and the flavor deepens as the broth reduces. Choosing regular chicken feet over boneless chicken feet is better.
