Boyoung Gangneung Jang Kalguksu

Boyoung Gangneung Jang Kalguksu is a jang kalguksu restaurant behind the Cheonan Terminal. In winter it serves jang kalguksu and gamjajeon, and in summer it serves kongguksu, with thick soybean broth made from domestic beans. The jang kalguksu is on the salty side, so mixing in the free bowl of rice balances the seasoning. The gamjajeon is crisp outside and soft inside, but it is more ordinary than its reputation suggests.
