Eunsigdang

Eunsikdang is a donkatsu restaurant in Incheon that serves Jeju black pork donkatsu, cheese donkatsu, and modum donkatsu. The black donkatsu comes out undercooked and is finished on a personal mini brazier, while the cheese donkatsu is made with cheese that stretches in long strands. The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m., and a line forms before opening with waits of about an hour. The dining room is small and has few tables, and takeout orders placed by phone are prepared for the pickup time.
