Unagikan

Unagikan is an eel restaurant in Sejong that serves hitsumabushi and eel over rice. Live eels are taken from a tank in the store and prepared immediately, then thick eel is coated with hitsumabushi sauce. Because preparation and cooking begin after ordering, the food takes some time to arrive. The eel over rice is on the expensive side.
