Yongwon Sanghoe

Yongwon Sanghoe is a raw-fish restaurant in Busan that slices and sells live-fish hoe. The fish turnover is high, so the hoe is fresh and inexpensive. Several chojang houses sit next to it, and customers eat the hoe they ordered at those separate places. The restaurant only slices and sells the hoe, so a chojang house must be used separately.
