Uiseong Garlic Yang Gopchang

Uiseong Maneul Yang Gopchang is a restaurant in Busan that serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and gopchang jeongol made with Uiseong garlic. The gopchang is served fully cooked, so diners do not grill it themselves, and the Uiseong garlic reduces the offal smell. The salt-grilled set comes in a small 470g portion and a medium 600g portion of beef, and group visits, reservations, and takeout are available. The two-person Hanwoo salt grill is limited to 10 servings per day.
