Shanghai Mandu

Shanghai Mandu is a Chinese restaurant in Eomgung-dong, Busan, serving mandu alongside tangsuyuk, bokkeumbap, and jjamppong. The kitchen makes gunmandu, jjinmandu, hongcho mandu, and mulmandu by hand, and also serves ohyang jangyuk and fried meat. The gunmandu have a crisp exterior and a moist filling, and the bokkeumbap is fried with scallion aroma to keep the rice grains separate. There is no parking lot.
