Sasang Sotttukkeong

Sasang Sotttukkeong is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Sasang, Busan, where samgyeopsal (pork belly), ogyeopsal, pork collar and daepae gogi are grilled. The meat is cooked on a heated sotttukkeong, a pot lid used as a grill. Staff grill the meat from start to finish and explain cuts that diners may not know. Minari samgyeopsal and patbingsu for dessert are served.
