Sasang Kkorijip

Sasang Kkorijip is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Sasang, Busan, that grills pork tail and whole samgyeopsal. The pork tail is boiled once and then grilled over charcoal, while the whole samgyeopsal is par-cooked before it comes out and is eaten dipped in a spicy red sauce. The restaurant has a wait, so arrive early, and the lettuce wraps and side dishes are easy to refill. There is no air conditioning or fan inside, so it tends to be hot.
