Miryang Kkori Sikdang is a restaurant next to Sasang Station in Busan that serves pork tail and pork fat. The tail and fat are grilled over charcoal, and the tail meat has a chewy texture. It can be found in front of Sasang Station, and grilling over charcoal adds flavor to the meat. The fat becomes slightly cloying if you keep eating it.
