Iganae Kalguksu

Igane Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant near Sasang Terminal in Busan that serves seafood kalguksu, milmyeon, and large dumplings. The seafood kalguksu uses a broth made from dried shrimp, dried pollack, clams, and scallions, giving it a clear and clean flavor. The large dumplings are made fresh daily and are too big to eat in one bite, and the milmyeon arrives three minutes after ordering. Lines form at lunch and on weekends.
