Huchai

Huchai is a Chinese restaurant in Eomgung, Busan, across from the Eomgung E-Mart, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong contains a lot of seafood, and the tangsuyuk is eaten with onions. Parking is available, and portions come at a double-size level. The black rice noodles are chewy, but the noodles feel separate from the rest.
