Goseong Bunsik is an old kalguksu and sujebi restaurant in the alleys of Eomgung Market in Busan. The bibim kalguksu is eaten by mixing the seasoning at the bottom of the bowl, and the sujebi has a thin, soft texture. There are only four or five tables, so seating is tight, sharing tables is common, and waits happen. Cards and bank transfers are not accepted, and only cash is taken.
