Gobtelang

Goptera ng, near Sasang Station in Busan, serves Korean beef gopchang (grilled intestines) and gopchang hot pot. The assorted platter includes gopchang, daechang (beef large intestine), and yeomtong, and the ingredients are partially grilled for easier cooking. The restaurant has a large parking lot, refillable side dishes, and fried rice to finish the meal. In the evening, staff grill the gopchang for you, so it can be eaten straight away.
